Now accepting proposals from various subcontractors for the renovations to the existing interior space of the Blasco Library facility as indicated in the project document below. The scope of work includes but is not limited to interior framing, insulation, doors-frames-hardware, glass and glazing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting, building specialties, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and electrical.
