Students may enter ÌÇÐÄVLOGÍøÒ³°æ as undergraduates into these pathways in preparation for acceptance into the MAT Program. Students are accepted into either Health Sciences or the Applied Exercise Science as incoming undergraduate students. The recommended curriculums for these undergraduate programs are detailed in the ÌÇÐÄVLOGÍøÒ³°æ undergraduate catalog. Admitted students meeting the following criteria will be eligible as undergraduate students for one of these accelerated pathways.
Students offered this guaranteed position must also maintain the following criteria while enrolled in the undergraduate program at ÌÇÐÄVLOGÍøÒ³°æ:
Accelerated students failing to meet these standards will be decelerated to a traditional 4-year undergraduate pathway.
Upon completion of the student’s third (accelerated) or fourth (traditional) year of the undergraduate curriculum, these pathways will have a guaranteed position in the MAT Program.
Students enrolled in a 3+2 Accelerated Pathway must meet the following requirements for admission into the MAT Program. Accelerated students may be admitted to the MAT Program via one of ÌÇÐÄVLOGÍøÒ³°æ’s 3+2 pathways or through a 3+2 pathway established with an external institution.
The following are admission requirements to the ÌÇÐÄVLOGÍøÒ³°æ 2-year MAT Program for students completing a traditional 4-year undergraduate pathways who are enrolled at ÌÇÐÄVLOGÍøÒ³°æ or another higher education institution:

The above requirements cannot be waived. Prerequisites must be completed within five years prior to the beginning of the first summer session after admission into the graduate program. Students not completing prerequisites at the time of application may be admitted provisionally, pending completion before the summer session begins.
